Pros and cons of The Relax Deck app for iPhone and iPad

The Relax Deck app good for

I was looking for something to calm my nerves after stressful days at the office. This app offers excellent advice on how to calm the mind and spirit.
Such a great way to get the "monkey mind" in control. I use it to stop and think throughout my day.
I love this app....I can pull a card whenever I am feeling stressed throughout the day!
As a college student, this helps a lot in relieving stress. When I feel the need to put down the pen, I do so and pick a random one from the deck for relaxation. Love the images and the meditative words at the back!!
